As an International Sales Manager your job is to maintain and increase national and worldwide sales of EVE Audio products. This includes the following tasks:

• Growing a strong personal network with renowned decision-makers in the audio industry
• Shaping the entire sales cycle from new customer acquisition to contract negotiations and building long-term, sustainable relationships
• Market observation, analysis of market potential for entire regions and individual target customers as well as the design and implementation of customized strategies
• Targeted consultation with distributors, press and studios in order to identify their support needs and derive projects from them
• Close cooperation with marketing to ensure an optimal brand presence

• Successfully completed university degree or comparable training
• Very good B2B market knowledge of the audio industry with proven success in sales or key account management; with an existing strong network and contacts to relevant companies
• Very good communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience in conducting discussions at management level
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Reliability paired with a hands-on mentality and drive
• High affinity for the audio industry
• Willingness to undertake business trips
